Dry baby skin

My son has extremely dry and peeling skin even tho we lotion him all the time. Are there any products you’d recommend we try instead of just baby lotion?

We recently switched our baby from lotions to coconut oil. It’s a bit greasy, but it made a world of difference with her dry cracked skin!

When my son was little I used to only bathe him using the Mustela stelatopia cleansing oil (not the gel) in warm water with a soft muslin washcloth. The oil comes in a clear bottle and it looks slightly yellow, not to be confused with the cleansing water. I couldn’t find the link for some reason, but they sell it on Amazon. 
After your baby dries off use this Cerave cream. I felt the regular cream worked better than the baby version and it never caused any rashes like the other creams I tried. It’s the best!

How old is baby? The first month their skin naturally peels. It’s normal and just their body getting used to the outside world. You shouldn’t be using any lotion on their skin until they’re older
