magnesium glycinate, Vit D & Vit B

My new psychiatrist recently had me do blood work and saw that I’m very deficient in magnesium, vitamin D and basically every vitamin B.

I get chronic migraines and read that magnesium glycinate and vitamin B can help prevent migraine attacks and can help with anxiety and insomnia, has anybody here tried magnesium glycinate and did it work for you? Did you have any side effects?

Also any good vitamin D & B supplement recommendations?
