My neighbor has 3 or 4 big cages out back of his home. I am getting worried now because we are coming into cold months. The cages have tarps on them but it doesn’t seem thick or secured down. The cages are not cleaned out regularly. Each dog does have a little dog bed with a cover to it but they don’t have big blankets or anything of that nature to keep them warm. Dog beds dont really seem like they would protect from various weathers. During summer months my neighbor does have a big fan going but doesn’t seem like he is quite prepared for winter. He has these dogs as he is a breeder. He has inside dogs, even a bunch of puppies inside stacked cages in the house from what I’ve been told. I know dogs don’t need to be bathed a lot but I would assume outside dogs may need it more considering they use the bathroom in there and are outside during various weathers. I hardly ever see them getting baths or attention from the owner other than to open the door and yell at them to shut the hell up.

What would you guys do if you were witness to this?
