I hear a lot about people calling each other liars which I feel like the word is being over used now. Some people lie intentionally knowing that they are lying or have lied knowing it’s not true but sometimes some people lie without realizing they did. Example: someone tries to confront someone else for bullying and the kid says they weren’t bullying another child they were just teasing them, now the child that was accused of bullying was taught what bullying is and how to be nice to other kids meanwhile they didn’t notice what they did hurt the child’s feelings because the other kid didn’t tell them they were upset. How is the child supposed to know they upset another child if the kid didn’t voice that they were upset?

Example: teacher talking to Billy after class

Teacher: “Did you bully Billy the other day on the playground?”

Billy: “No I was just teasing him a bit about being stupid”

Teacher: “Billy, you know thats not nice to say to someone, that’s considered bullying since the other boy has disabilities”

Billy: “I’m sorry I didn’t know that I upset him, I’ll go apologize now”
