Pink discharge day of trigger?!

Had an ultrasound this AM. Everything looks good. Triggering tonight for a Tuesday AM retrieval. I’m on Gonal F, Menopur and Cetrotide. Just went to the bathroom and have discharge with a pinkish tint. I don’t think I’ve ever had bleeding or discharge with color at any other time than when on my period.

Is this normal?! Of course I’m freaking out my body is wanting to ovulate before the retrieval!
