Staying hydrated

I’ve never been one to drink a lot of liquids. I’ve tried the 8 glasses of water a day, even before I was pregnant, and couldn’t do it. If I forced myself to for a couple of days I’d get headaches and feel sick. Now that I’m pregnant I’m still struggling with getting enough liquid. I’m drinking more liquids but it’s not the amount my OB recommends. Anyone know any tricks to make sure I’m still getting enough water and staying hydrated?
