pinworms or hemorrhoid?

this is super tmi but i’m so embarrassed and kinda freaking out rn. so like the inside of my butthole has been like itchy out of nowhere and it’s like squirmy feeling idk. but i haven’t seen any worms in my stool, it’s just like a squirmy/itchy feeling that comes and goes. not constant at all. i’ve had this exact feeling before but it only happened like one day and this time it’s been like 3 days of feeling this itchy butthole sensation lol. idk how i wouldve gotten pinworms because i don’t do anything or go anywhere. the first time i felt this it went away so fast and now it won’t! what should i do! again i don’t see any worms or anything living in my stool or on my butthole (even when i scratch it)
