He doesnt wash after / yeast infection

So ...i know this is gross..whatever. BUT im JUST looking for advice.

So this guy I've been seeing doesnt wash after sex. He just wipes it on his boxers and puts his shorts back on.

Ive said something about it before, ive even offered to bring him warm rags. He refuses to take them.

Well, now i have a yeast infection. A week or so ago we had sex a few times more than usual. He also came in me one of the times.

Can this be the reason why ?

I dont want to blame him if it's not his fault. But i know i should deffinatly say something.
