How do you get baby to nap while a toddler is being so loud?

Baby is 8 weeks old and my toddler is almost 16 months. Baby is getting to the point he gets overstimulated and can’t sleep through all the noise so I end up holding him so I can rock him if he starts to stir but then I get no time with my toddler and I’m constantly trying to keep him out of stuff.

Any tips to getting the baby to sleep in his own space? And how to do it with a loud toddler?
