Ever feel like your clinic is annoyed with you?

I feel like my IVF Clinics receptionist is annoyed with me because I I keep emailing with questions however this is all so new to me and I have no idea what is going to happen. I feel awful every time I contact her because I’m worried I’m annoying her.

They get blown up with questions all day. Don’t feel guilty! It’s normal to have a million questions. If she’s acting annoyed then that is unprofessional

Could it be because you are contacting the receptionist and not your IVF team, like your nurse? I would assume the receptionist doesn’t have any answers to your questions unless it’s about scheduling appointments. My doctor gave me his line and I had my nurse’s line. Did they not do that for you?

All the time 😂 I'm past caring now lol, if they gave me all the info in the first place or didnt leave it ages without responding I wouldnt have to chase things. No one is going to fight for what you need like you will, so do what you need to do! 🙂

It’s literally their jobs to answer any questions they are able to answer without being a doctor. If she’s being rude or unprofessional tell her she is or tell your doctors so they know how they’re acting
