Toddler Chewed on Wood??

Ugghh so my toddler chewed on one of her wooden toys. I didn’t notice until she took a piece of soft goobery wood out of her mouth and handed it to to me. It was like a splinter but it seemed soft from it being in her mouth. I checked her mouth for more and there wasn’t any. She is eating fine/acting fine. Anyone else had this happen. I’m worried if she swallowed any little bits that it could hurt her tummy. I was going to call my doctor my husband looked at the toy and the wood missing and doesn’t think it will be an issue, I’m an anxious mama though.
