First ultrasound tomorrow...

First ultrasound tomorrow and I’m thinking I’m about 7 weeks 6 days... LMP says 9 weeks tomorrow but I ovulate late. Anyway I’m so nervous. I have some PTSD from a medical termination this summer at 16 weeks. This pregnancy feels different in every way— so I’m hopeful— but the office and the smells and the stirrups always give me tremendous anxiety. Trying to figure out how to stay calm for this first appointment. Please send all the good vibes my way ❤️
