So I’ve been trying to get my 7 week old to settle and to sleep since 7pm. I try to feed her change her rock her and then repeat over and over again until she passes out. My husband put our toddler to bed at 8pm and went to bed with her he’s been sleeping since 8pm. I finally after 5 hours straight went abd woke him up and asked him to rock her while I go shower, pee, and get ready for bed even though I won’t be going to bed anytime soon. Like I don’t think he realizes what goes into putting a fussy baby down. He’s like can you give me 5 minutes. Are you nuts no go rock her while I take a few minutes to myself. This is all after I’ve been taking care of both kids since 7am. I mean love being a mom but some days are easier than others.. even when he wakes up in the morning I don’t think he knows how exhausting it is waking up every hour feeding a baby, or waking up with a teething toddler.... any other momas feel me
