BU and conception

My doctor had recommended surgery to correct mybBU just now decided she does not want to do it u less we go through with IVF dowb the road.

I have a 3 yr old...took 5 yrs to have him. We have been trying for over 2 yrs for number 2 and nothing. Hormonally I am fine. My partner is fine. They can not figure out why it's not happening ingot. Just did a cycle with letrozole, trigger and progesterone, and it didn't work.

Anyone out there with a BU...any tips on what you did on your own to up your chances? Starting to feel very defeated.
