Baby keeps spitting out milk, water, and food.

So like the title says, she's been spitting out milk and water and food. Mostly puree pouches that I give her for snacks. I thought at first it was because she didn't like what I was feeding her, but now she's doing it with her favorite foods too. She's 1 year old and we've been trying out whole milk. This morning I put about 2 oz of breastmilk with 1 oz of whole milk. We tried just straight whole milk the other day and she gagged and made an awful face. She took a few sips this morning and just opened her mouth and let it run out. She did it several times. So I gave her her cup of water thinking it was what she wanted instead and she did the same thing, barely swallowing any. The past 2 days she's done it with puree pouches that she normally loves and chugs down. The first time she did it I thought it was because the carrot taste was a little strong (she loathes carrots) but she did it with a fruit pouch as well that she normally devours and asks for more.

She eats other foods pretty well but she spit some of her breakfast out this morning which was diced peaches (something she also dearly loves)

Is she doing this just because? Or maybe because her mouth or throat hurts? She's cutting 3 teeth right now, but I wouldn't think that would cause her to spit out water. Is it a phase I just need to get through? She has been her normal little self and doesn't seem like she feels bad. I'm just kinda stumped.

ETA a picture of my child letting food run out of her mouth 🤦
