Mental Maturity and Parenthood
We always talk about being financially stable, in a loving relationship and having a home etc etc before having a baby but what about mental maturity?
I’ve been in a relationship a long time but circumstances have meant I’m yet to leave my family home (hopefully will be able to in the next year or so) This has meant that I haven’t had much of a chance to mature per say. I definitely still feel like a teenager at times and I was wondering what your thoughts were on being mentally ready for a child? Will you ever really feel adult enough to have a baby? Or does that maturity come with having a child?
