How much weight did you gain for your first pregnancy?
I’m 21 weeks along and type one diabetic. My BMI was 19 before getting pregnant and I’ve already gained 30lbs. I’m vegan and without 4-5 days a weeks. I cannot figure out this excessive weight gain.
