Currently 32 weeks with twins. I have anemia, and last week I almost fainted while showering, lucky for me my bf was with me and I felt that I was gonna pass out so I had the time to tell him, my body started shaking, started to lose my vision and then I fainted for like 5 seconds.

Today I went to the dentist, just to get a cleaning treatment. When the doc was finishing I started feeling weird, so I asked for water and I knew I was gonna faint, so told them that I wasn’t feeling good, started shaking and I passed out for some seconds.

Do you think I should go to ER ????
