Sleeping on my stomach

So I'm 11 weeks and 5 days pregnant and lately I've been catching myself sleeping flat on my stomach. I m not doing it on purpose. In fact, I consciously try not to but somehow I end up on my stomach. I just wanted to share that because I think its kind of weird.
