Please Help

Recently I have noticed a “breakout” on the pubic area. It looks like a bunch of ringworm spots and they are itchy and red. None of the spots though are inside my actual vagina. Although, I have been having symptoms of extra heavy discharge similar to a yeast infection. I don’t have any pain after or during sex. I’ve been applying antifungal for about 5 days and the bumps are still there and look the same. I am too scared to go to a doctor about this and would love some advice with no judgement.
