How long did 4 month sleep regression last?

For mommas who are already through it ... how long did it last?? Had our worst night we’ve ever had last night 😳 and trying to get mentally prepared! 😅

Our older son regressed for about a month or so. It was rough but when it was over he started sleeping awesome. Our daughter is doing it now but our son is struggling again too. He’s 2.5 and wakes up 3-8 times per night crying and throwing a fit. He’s been doing that for about two months, so some nights all four of us are awake at the same time.

Lasted a month for us but it really wasn’t that bad. She just went to bed later than normal and occasionally would wake up once in the middle of the night

I'm about 3 weeks in, with her hitting her peak about a week ago. It's been rough but I see a light at the end of the tunnel 🙌

Mine gives me one decent stretch ( between 3.5-5 hours) then it’s downhill from there😒 pretty much wakes up every 1.5 hours and cries . And i have to give him the nipple.

Ours has been strange. We will have like severe bad nights in a row then we will have a couple good ones then back to some bad ones. This has been going on for about 2-3 weeks now
