Weight loss struggle

I am so frustrated I don’t know want to do. I am stuck at 130 and I want to be at 110 115 so badly but literally cannot move past 130, I am in an extreme calorie deficit and I work out 4 days a week I feel like so everything right and the number won’t change. Even if I stopped eating I feel like I still wouldn’t lose weight I’m so frustrated, just needed to vent :(
