Ectopic shoulder pain??

Question

Does anyone have any experience with the shoulder pain that comes with an ectopic pregnancy? 
I don’t have any cramping or bleeding, but my shoulder is really aching. Would it be an achey feeling in my shoulder? Could I even have shoulder pain without any pelvic pain? I’m probably about 6 weeks. 
I’m a worrier and I don’t have my first appointment until I’m 11 weeks!

The shoulder pain is caused by blood filling your abdomen. If you don’t have severe abdominal pain that is not happening.

I didn’t have shoulder pain, just spotting and then left sided pain the day before I ruptured

I had an ectopic last year and I didn't have shoulder pain...I had a stiff neck, but it was probably unrelated. 
The only real symptom that I had before having severe abdominal pain, was that I couldn't sleep/lay on my stomach bc it felt uncomfortable...even at only 6 weeks.
This current pregnancy, I slept totally fine on my stomach until almost 18 weeks.
