Piercing probs

I recently got my conch and my nose pierced. On the same day, by the same piercer, 3 weeks ago. My nose has healed fine ans doesn’t bother me at all. My conch how ever is still swollen, so sore, and it’s leaking fluid. What do I need to do? Today the crusty got in my hair and I didn’t know. When I moved my hair away from my face it pulled the jewelry out. Itsso swollen I can’t put the jewelry back in so I had to modify some of my other jewelry to be able to fit it. This is it right now. I’ve done the salt water, I’ve done saline spray, I’ve even tried peroxide. I love this piercing and want to keep it but its getting to be to much. Someone help!
