BF cums inside me almost every time

My yoni is starting to get off balance and my pH is slowly becoming crazy. My question is this: how often do any of you allow/enjoy your SO finishing inside you AND, what side affects do you experience AND have you had any success with boric acid suppositories? Thanks.
