I don’t know what to do

My fiancé told me he’s sexually unattractive to me anymore. I don’t know what to do to save my relationship. I’ve been away for school every couple of months and it’s frustrating for him that I can’t have sex with him when he wants. Sometimes I feel awful that I can’t please him when he wants. I love him more than anything.
