Same pain as iud placement

- Got my (mirena) iud start of November

- been on my period for the last 2 weeks

- tampon insertion hurts/ sex hurts

- having a poo hurts ( sorry 🤷‍♀️)

- I have the same pain as I had while having my iud placed.

I called my doctor who said she’ll get back to me but hasn’t yet.

I’m not necessarily worried, just sick of the pain. The placement wasn’t too bad, but it only took a few minutes, having that pain non stop for 2 weeks is a bit too much for me.

The first 2 weeks after placement I only had some cramps and was fine, these past 2 weeks I have had this pain and it’s just annoying.

Has anyone else experienced this and what did you do?
