Stsrting cry it out with 10 month old

Question... do i also do cry it out for naps??? We did night 1 last night.

But today for the first nap she went down easy. Now the second nap she’s acting totally wild and hitting me and acting nuts. Not sure do I put her down and let her cry. Won’t she basically end up skipping her nap?? Sorry, tired nervous mama here.
