Divorce-how do i make it through?

We were together for 10 years, all of my 20’s. Married almost 4 years. I’m just so lost. I have some okay days but some really bad days. I just can’t see the future and being happy let alone dating again.

I know it’s so hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel while you’re going through it, but you’ll make it through! I got divorced at 28. We got together at 18 and married at 23, so like you, 10 years of my life and most of my 20’s. I cried a lot, drank a lot, and lost myself for a while but therapy was really helpful, and with the help of my therapist, I pulled myself out of my funk and moved forward. I learned how to be independent and took time to focus on myself, which I’d never really had the opportunity to do. I’m now 32 and remarried to the love of my life (it’s hard to even imagine a life with my ex at this point).  It was hard but it made me a stronger person overall. Best of luck 💕

I'm sorry you are going through this. But you are still young a better guy who will appreciate you is somewhere out there. Someone that is worthy of your love.
