so I had a case opened up against me after I had my son 4 weeks ago. Long story short, I didn’t find out I was pregnant until about 16 weeks and it never occurred to me that they would drug test me. Of course it was positive. When I gave birth I tested negative and so did my son but they still opened up a case against me because his umbilical cord was positive. Anyone have any experience with cps? It’s making my anxiety really bad even though I don’t smoke anymore my fiancé does. She wants to close the case early because she has no concerns but i’m wondering if she’ll drug test me. I’ve hit a blunt maybe once this week to ease anxiety. i’m in North carolina btw
