Is there any free or lower prized texts or videos about how to get babies sleep better, that also work? I have heard good things about "taking cara babies", but the thing is, I don't live in US, there is no good material in my language in library and 170 dollars is basically about a months worth of food for my husband and I. Altough I am tired of waking up every 1.5 hours at night, I also want to eat healthy and can not justify the price of this course for myself.
