Non stop crying

Guys I'm getting desperate. 😭

My 12 week old isn't sleeping or napping great. Which means I'm not sleeping great.

He's constantly crying and idk whats wrong...

He suddenly seems like he doesn't want anything to do with his dad and just always only wants me. I'm so drained and so exhausted. I don't know whats wrong or what to do...

Edit: he's breastfed and I'm noticing he's choking or coughing more, how do I stop that?

I can deal with crying and inconsolable-ness so much better and easier during the day but come night time I feel like I don't even know how to hold him.

Last night and today we've both just been non stop crying. I feel terrible
