Salary question

Is 45000 a good salary for single 26 year old?

I’m a woman still living at home so don’t need to pay rent and choose to save the money for retirement and a house one day.

Is this an okay salary for now? I know it isn’t much but I wish I could be making more so I could save more for a house.

I have about 12200 saved for a house and almost 4000 in an emergency fund? Idk it feels like I’m not doing well at all.

I also save half of my paycheck for retirement and invest 190 each month in another retirement fund.

I suck at finances so if someone could help that would be great
