Baby Not Gaining Weight With Exclusive Breastfeeding
My baby is 3months old and I have been exclusively breastfeeding him. In his paediatrician appointment today I was advised that he has not gain enough weight comparing to his birth weight so asked me to add top up after breastfeed.
Have any of you experienced this?
Does it mean that my breastmilk supply will not increase as per baby’s need?
I love breastfeeding him and i find him content in breastfeeding.
