Boyfriends hygiene is iffy

This might sound funny to some but...I noticed that my boyfriend doesn’t clean out his ears because there is always a lot of wax in them and I don’t want to hurt his feelings about it. How could I say it in a way to not make him feel gross, etc. sometimes his nails are dirty and I’ll have to ask him to clean/clip them. Lastly, this one bothers me a lot, he doesn’t wash his hands after the bathroom😭 how do I bring these to his attention without being mean.
