Anterior placenta with all 3 pregnancies and now I have gestational hypertension

Has anyone else experienced this? I thought having an anterior placenta the first time was nothing to think of and everyone just says it prevents you from feeling baby move until later. But I’ve had an anterior placenta with all 3 of my pregnancies. I’m currently 12 weeks and my blood pressure has been abnormally high on occasions 134/85, 142/79, 160/100. My blood pressure my entire life and through my last pregnancies has never gone over 110/65. I have also developed gestational diabetes for the first time. I have been reading up a lot on this and read that improper implantation is the leading cause of gestation hypertension and preeclampsia. So this got me thinking about anterior placentas. And I’ve been reading that a rare complication of an anterior placenta that isn’t talked about as much as it should is higher risk of gestational diabetes and gestational hypertension. It’s making me wonder now if anyone else has had an anterior placenta with all their pregnancies and if they have gestational diabetes or gestational hypertension?
