Helppppp me.

My LO is 6 months old and she has gotten into the habit of contact napes ever since the 4 months keep regression.

The weird thing is that she goes down for naps on her own in a pack n play just fine at daycare but when she’s home she won’t sleep anywhere but on me.

I’m getting so sick of spending 4-5 hours a day of just sitting so she can nap😩😩😩

I need tips on how to break this habit. I’ve tried drowsy but awake, putting her down in a deep sleep, swaddling her, and copying her bedtime routine but nothing works.
