Symptoms for second pregnancy ???

Ok I’ve been having a lot of the same symptoms I had my first go around and need to have someone tell me if I’m cray lol. Bloating and can’t suck in, feeling full in uterus, cramping but only for some day, my boobs have grown 3 inches in a week (I have not gained Weight), nipples darker, and yesterday I got so dizzy and lightheaded after my normal workout I almost passed out (that hasn’t happened since last time I was pregnant). I can’t test yet it’s too early, and pregnancy is completely possible. I had symptoms early with my first so not sure??Has anyone experienced symptoms early with their second?
