Question please help!!!

So I was supposed to start December 2nd but on November 25th I started getting brown discharge and it wouldn't even be so much as to where I had to wear a pad ... I only got the brown as I wiped each time I went to pee ... it lasted nov 25th to Nov 29th ...pms never came I took a test December 3rd but negative ...I have cramping and bloating so much my nipples are tender I just bought a digital test going to test in the am! I'm nervous what could it be?
