darkish grey / blue tint & yellow stool

my 1 yo daughter ate one of these yesterday maybe almost half and all of her poops today have been two colors at the same time. a mustardy yellow & a very dark grey it almost looks black until you look at it and it has a blueish hue to it. do you think it could be because of this? she’s acting completely normal but if it’s because of this I’m most definitely never giving it again. this has never happened to her up until I gave her this so I wanna say it’s this but I’m not certain.... has anyone ever had this happen to their little?
