Can I give possible parenting advice when I’m not a parent myself?(please read description)

Can I possibly give parenting advice when I’m not a parent myself? The advice(I guess you can call it advice?) would be about how something could very well be traumatizing the young child. As someone who doesn’t have kids but has a lot of knowledge about early on childhood development and childhood psychology, I still feel like I’m overstepping even though I’m the aunt of the young child. Should I even say anything or am I crossing some type of line by not being a parent?
