6 month old clingy?

So I have a 6 month old and I started to notice that he might be clingy but I’m not really sure? Is it normal for a 6 month old to seem clingy? So I notice whenever I put him down to crawl or to lay on his chair he would cry and he would also cry if He doesn’t see me or if I’m far away from him! I don’t know what to do because I can’t really finish my task around the house!

Separation anxiety typically kicks in around 6 months, I bring my daughter into whatever room I need to get stuff done in, if I have to do dishes, I put her in her highchair with a snack, if I have to clean the bathroom or something with chemicals I wait till shes taking a nap, separation anxiety can totally be rough, have you tried baby wearing? That helped a bit too.

Yes, totally feeling this!! Been going on for weeks... does anyone know how long this lasts?! (I don’t recall my first babe ever going through this)

Yup there's something about this age.  I've noticed that she likes to hang out with us more on our laps etc.

It's normal it makes me crazy. I bought seat for him to sit in when I make dinner because he would just scream in the jumper and the minute I walked in he would stop.
