So this is my second month tracking my ovulation with OPKs as well as BBT.

according to my OPKs it looks like I ovulated on cycle day 13. I’m really still working on understanding BBT but I think it adds up.

I should also note on Dec 11th using Clearblue detector I had solid smiley face.

I am a shift worker 4 days on 4 days off and then 4 nights then off. So that’s why my temp times are a bit different. I was told to do it anyways by a naturopath. I know some won’t agree.

If I did ovulate this will be the second time naturally for my body in a long time.
