Can’t do IVF

Rachel

I was scheduled to begin my fertility work up (Clomid challenge test, dye test, blood work, etc) when I found out that insurance won’t cover IVF for us. I’m 43; husband is 40. So, it looks it’s back to the old fashioned way. I feel rather deflated from this news. We’ve been actively trying for about 18mo. Truth be told, we could prob put more effort into it as far as timed ovulation and amount of sex we’re having.

But anyway, any help/advice/stuff that worked for you if you became a mom at 40+. Thank you!
