Anger management

basically I convert my upset emotions into anger at times which normally results in me punching brick walls or hard surfaces , in addition to this I have broken two sets of drawers in my bedroom due to this. ( might sound absolutely ridiculous to some but I just cannot help it ) Understanding that you all are not doctors I do believe I’ve broken a knuckle or two as my hand looks absolutely fucked . This isn’t the first it’s looked how it does however the pain is worse bearable of course but sore . Anyways that’s not the point if anyone struggles with anger issues which they implement on the self but has found an alternative coping mechanism that doesn’t require anger and calms you down please leave a comment .
