Discharge

I wish we spoke more about how normal vaginal discharge is. I don’t mean just here on this app but like in life in general you know. So many posts recently asking if x type of discharge is normal. Yes it is vaginas are self cleaning therefore discharge is bound to happen. Clear/creamy whatever it’s all normal so long as it’s not a funky color and it’s not itchy or burning. That’s when you get it checked out. It sometimes will be “a lot” or not that much which is fine if you notice the pattern. That’s what I do I’m not constantly over analyzing it but I noticed certain points of my cycle came with certain discharge. When things seem off like weird coloring or itchiness I get checked out otherwise I move on with my day bc it’s normal.
