Uterine prolapse symptoms

For the past few months I've had this weird feeling in my lower abdominal area, where it feels like something is pulling or it just feels heavy. Like my uterus is sagging or like there's a big, heavy bubble there. I've also had an odd feeling that I thought was completely unrelated where (tmi) it almost feels like there's a lot of backed up poop but there isn't. It usually happens around the time I'm about to get my period. I'm feeling both of them right now and I googled the heavy feeling in my abdominal/pelvic area and the first few things that came up were about uterine prolapse. It also had the symptom of feeling like you're sitting on a ball which sounds like the other feeling I've been having. I didn't even know this was a thing. I have one child and he is 13 months old. It said that having a child would be a cause. I'm terrified now and over thinking it. It's always been super uncomfortable but now thinking about it just makes it worse and I'm panicking. With covid the clinic and hospital have been very selective about making appointments for people so idk what to do 😭
