In case anyone comes across this and wonders what happened, everything was totally fine! HCG was 429 at 16dpo and I'm now 8 weeks along and everything has been great 😊

Oh no ☹️ I would go to an urgent care and request bloodwork to at least see your levels and then recheck your levels in a week. I started bleeding but had a faint pos. The doctors said it was probably a chemical. When they did the blood work my hcg was only 6-7 which confirmed the chemical pregnancy
