Hospital Stay.

Just spent 24 hrs in the hospital.

Went in for cramping, got admitted for consistent contractions (3mins apart, lasting 30secs) and baby’s heartbeat was dipping during them.

No dilation or anything, just really painful practice contractions.

Astrid is doing great! I got a steroid shot just in case she comes early, but they said it’s rare for anything bad to happen after this GA with the lungs.

She is measuring 3 weeks ahead, and weighs a whopping 6.3lbs. I can’t wait to meet my baby girl but I’m glad she waited because I still have a bit I wanna do to prepare!

Went back to triage for my second steroid shot just now, super exhausted.

We are discharged, and home. It’s a blessing.
