Ovulation
Hey All,
This is my first month without being on birth control. I have been feeling what I think are ovulation pains. I feel them in my lower abdomin and my lower back, only on the left side. The pain is so bad at times though, I can barely walk. Is it normal for ovulation to be this painful? I’ve never felt this before. Please help!
